Areas of Practice
Joint Replacement
Joint replacement surgery allows people of all ages to live pain-free, active lives.
When only some of the joint is damaged, it is possible for the surgeon to repair or replace just the damaged parts. When the entire joint is damaged, a total joint replacement must be done. To replace a total hip or knee joint, the surgeon removes the damaged or diseased parts and inserts new, artificial parts (prostheses or implants).
TYPES OF SURGERY INCLUDE
Unicondylar Knee Replacement

knee
The knee is one of the biggest joints in the body, connecting the thigh to the lower leg. Damage or degeneration to the knee structure can impair or restrict your ability to walk, kneel, bend and twist. Pain and loss of mobility in your knee can impair your ability to carry on with your typical activities of daily living. For the athlete or active patient, that pain and limited mobility can be devastating.

If any of those structures becomes weakened or compromised from acute injury, chronic overuse, mechanical deformity or disease, it is important that you see a qualified orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon promptly to evaluate and treat the condition. The goal of treatment is to get you back on your feet and back to enjoying life as quickly as possible.

The human hand is an intricate instrument that is both tough and delicate. Its functions of sensation and motion allow us to experience and control the world around us.
Because we rely so heavily on the full use of our hands and wrists, it is important to choose a properly trained specialist to treat your hand or wrist condition so that you can get back to being your personal best.
